Engineering Area The focus of this position is the design and operation of the data and infrastructure platform that our product and research teams build on.

You will work closely with the platform team on critical infrastructure components and help scale the platform as the team and product grow.

Tasks Contribute to and evolve our cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, IAM and security controls Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across a mixed TypeScript and Python codebase Operate and improve our primary data stores — relational and graph databases Design and implement data pipelines that move, transform and validate data across the platform Implement observability — structured logging, distributed tracing and alerting Contribute to security and compliance posture across services Build internal developer tooling that makes iteration fast and safe Support deployment and scaling of research workloads including GPU‑based training runs Requirements Must have: Solid hands‑on experience with a major cloud provider — GCP preferred Strong infrastructure‑as‑code practice — Terraform or Pulumi Experience operating Postgres in production Proficiency in CI/CD design and multi‑environment deployments Comfort working across TypeScript and Python codebases Security‑first mindset Nice to have: Experience with graph databases Familiarity with data pipeline tooling Experience running GPU workloads on cloud infrastructure Exposure to geospatial or domain‑specific data formats Tech stack: GCP · Postgres · TypeScript · Python · Docker · Terraform · GitHub Actions Benefits Work on a greenfield platform with direct research and product impact Close collaboration with a small, senior engineering and AI team Potential for continued growth and expanded responsibility Flexible remote setup #J-18808-Ljbffr neoBIM is a cutting‑edge startup transforming the construction industry with AI‑powered Building Information Modeling (BIM).
