Your tasks You represent the field of Computer Science in teaching and research on-site at our IU campus and become part of an extensive network in the field of higher education. (For more insights, see the coursebook).

You develop and lead face-to-face lectures on Campus and are responsible for the individual supervision of our students during their exams and while they prepare their thesis. You teach practice-oriented fundamental knowledge in Computer Science.

You contribute to the creative development of teaching formats within IU’s didactic concept and collaborate closely with colleagues to further develop these formats. Your Profile You successfully completed a university degree in Computer Science or a related field with outstanding academic performance and hold a relevant doctoral degree (Ph.D.).

You have at least five years of practical work experience, including three years outside university, and may have already gained initial experience in academic teaching. You demonstrate your expertise in the relevant subject areas through publications or projects. You reside permanently in Germany.
