About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at AppXcess Technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies through analysis.
- Assist various business units by preparing customized reports and dashboards.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Create visualizations and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across projects and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of data sources, processes, and analysis logic.
- Adhere to AppXcess Technologies' policies and ethical standards while handling data responsibly.
- Proactively raise and address any concerns about data privacy and security.

- Data Engineering and Product Teams
- Marketing and Operations Departments
Other Responsibilities
- Stay updated with evolving data trends and tools.
- Support the team in data audits, ad-hoc reports, and internal projects.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- Strong foundation in Excel, SQL, and any one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
- Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
