Are you an experienced workforce or resource planning professional who thrives on using data to influence senior decision making? We’re looking for a Senior Resource Analyst to play a critical role in how Oxera plans, deploys and develops its people.
This is a high impact role for someone with strong experience in workforce analytics, resourcing or capacity planning, who is confident operating at a senior stakeholder level. As business demand increases and evolves, high quality workforce insight is essential to ensuring we deliver for clients while building a sustainable and engaged workforce.
In this role, you’ll provide expert analysis and trusted advice to leaders across the organisation. By translating complex workforce data into clear, actionable insight, you’ll influence decisions that balance delivery, development and long‑term capability.
