Responsibilities Act as a subject‑matter expert in workforce and resource analysis, combining deep analytical capability with strong commercial judgement. Anticipate capacity risks and resourcing constraints, and develop scenarios to inform workforce planning.
Translate complex workforce data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums. Partner closely with project managers and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads to align project demand with available capability and skills.
Monitor, report on and improve internal mobility and deployment through our Internal Marketplace processes. Act as a trusted advisor on resource optimisation, workforce planning and utilisation across the business.
