Own enterprise AI architecture at a leading Swiss private bank: LLM and agent-based systems, built to work safely in one of the most regulated environments in the world. You’ll set the technical direction, define the governance frameworks that let AI scale safely, and lead design reviews across Security, Risk, Compliance and IT. You’ll run the AI Developer Guild firm‑wide and sit in direct roadmap conversations with Microsoft’s product team. Not hands‑on‑keyboard day to day, but you need the scars from having built production LLM systems to lead this credibly.
