What you'll be working with

• Designing and operating scalable MLOps infrastructure on Azure
• Building and deploying production AI/ML models
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) and document understanding
• Developing AI-powered features for an enterprise SaaS platform
• Working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-growing startup
• Python

Tech Stack

• ML tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow)
• OCR / Document Intelligence

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or MLOps
• Strong Python and Azure experience
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production
• Experience with NLP and/or OCR technologies
• German (minimum B2) and fluent English
• Based in the Greater Munich area or able to work onsite 2–3 days per week

Nice to have

• Terraform
• Leadership experience
• Experience in document processing or computer vision
• Previous startup experience
