We're a small, high-impact engineering team (11–50 people total) looking for a Senior AI Engineer focused on Search & NLP to own and advance the core AI systems that directly drive revenue for our customers.
What You'll Do Design and implement search algorithms and NLP pipelines to process ERP data, product catalogs, and customer interactions Build recommendation systems and AI models that drive proactive sales automation for wholesale distributors Optimize retrieval and ranking systems for product matching, customer lookup, and intelligent query handling Collaborate closely with product and data teams to ship features with measurable customer impact Contribute to the AI platform architecture , working with state-of-the-art models and techniques Own ML systems end-to-end: deployment, monitoring, fine-tuning, and feedback loops What We're Looking For
