Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You develop and maintain advanced dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio

• You build reusable reporting frameworks for campaign performance and attribution

• You implement standardized KPI definitions across different business units to ensure consistency

• You optimize dashboard performance, especially in environments connected to BigQuery

• You collaborate with digital marketing teams to translate data architecture into reporting layers

• You develop SQL based transformations within Google Cloud Platform using BigQuery

• You build and maintain data marts tailored for digital marketing analytics use cases

• You ensure consistency between GA4, Adobe Analytics, and reporting outputs

• You design build and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines that transform raw marketing data into reporting ready datasets in GCP

• You document KPI definitions and reporting logic to ensure governance and clarity

• You maintain BI best practices and enforce naming standards across reporting assets

• You support user training and enable self‑service reporting capabilities for business stakeholders

Your Profile

• You bring at least seven years of experience in BI development

• You have advanced SQL skills with strong expertise in BigQuery

• You have strong experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, GA4, and Adobe Analytics

• You build marketing performance dashboards that support decision‑making

• You communicate fluently in English at C2 level in written and spoken form

• You apply strong data storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear business insights

• You optionally bring German language skills and experience supporting digital campaign teams

• You are familiar with tracking architecture concepts
