The company partners with clients across industries to design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms — combining deep technical expertise with a collaborative, solutions-driven culture.

You’ll design efficient data pipelines, support the development of data models, and ensure that the flow of data across systems is smooth, reliable, and ready for analytics. Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows and data transformations with dbt . Use Python and SQL to develop efficient, maintainable data solutions.

Contribute to data architecture , governance, and performance optimization initiatives. Your Profile 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar technical field. Strong practical experience with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric . Advanced skills in Python , SQL , and dbt .

Experience in data pipeline orchestration , data warehousing , and cloud-based architectures . Solid understanding of data governance, version control, and CI/CD processes. Analytical mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. German language proficiency at B2 level or higher , plus solid English skills.
