We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team.

Ideally paired with experience in the mobile gaming industry Proven expertise in user acquisition modeling, product analytics, and A/B testing methodologies and tools Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data manipulation Strong knowledge of statistical methods and their application in business Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading data science projects Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into insights Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment Nice-to-Haves Experience with mobile gaming analytics Hands‑on experience with Looker for data visualization and reporting Familiarity with ad tech tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Audience Network, Firebase) Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in gaming or ad optimization Responsibilities Predictive User Modeling: Build and optimize machine learning models to understand and predict user behavior across the full lifecycle – acquisition, engagement, churn, and LTV.

Partner with marketing, product, and growth teams to turn those predictions into measurable business impact. A/B Testing: Collaborate closely with the product team to design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize product features and marketing strategies.

Project Management: Lead data science projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with cross‑functional teams (including Engineering, Product, and marketing) and managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

You will shape our product roadmap through in-depth Product Analytics and ensure data-driven growth by leading A/B testing initiatives with scientific rigor. Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in data science, focusing on machine learning, statistical analysis, and deep learning.

Product Analytics: Conduct in‑depth product analysis to identify key metrics and areas for improvement, using data insights to guide product development and enhance user experience. Collaborate with product managers to steer data‑driven features and improvements.

Ensure scientific rigor, proper statistical methods, and support interpretation of results to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Machine Learning & Statistical Analysis: Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, user segmentation, and personalization, while applying deep learning techniques for complex data analysis tasks (image recognition, natural language processing, etc.) to drive user acquisition and monetization of our JustPlay app.
