About the job Senior Generative AI Engineer About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge generative AI systems that produce human-like content such as text, images, code, and audio.
You will play a key role in building and deploying large-scale models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models), optimizing performance, and integrating them into real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, VAEs, GANs) for various use cases.
Analyze model outputs for quality, bias, and safety, and implement necessary safeguards. Stay up to date with the latest research in generative AI and apply state-of-the-art techniques. Lead and mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Requirements: Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in generative models. Deep understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with model deployment, optimization (e.g., quantization, distillation), and cloud AI tools. Familiarity with data curation, synthetic data generation, and ethical considerations in generative AI.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Nice to Have: Experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms. Contributions to generative AI research or open-source projects. Experience with multimodal models (text+image, text+audio, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
