As a Senior Manager Artificial Intelligence Governance on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Conduct risk assessments for specific AI use cases and support operational units in managing AI-related risks Develop and implement AI governance frameworks Plan and deliver communication initiatives and employee training programs focused on the safe and responsible use of AI Analyze emerging AI-related challenges and actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions Collaborate across disciplines with technical experts, business stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring effective stakeholder management Lead and contribute to projects while continuously improving AI governance and AI risk management processes Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Computer Science, Law , or a technical discipline, combined with a solid technical understanding of AI application risk assessment Initial professional experience i n Artificial Intelligence, Data Science , or a related field; project experience is considered an advantage Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Data Science fundamentals; familiarity with international standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST) as well as relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements Basic understanding of AI governance and AI risk management , including associated controls, measures, and processes Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with technical departments and senior executives; proven ability to plan and deliver communication activities and user training programs Strong communication and teamwork skills, a high degree of intrinsic motivation, and the ability to work independently ; enthusiasm for shaping new and innovative solution spaces Fluent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage Contact: Guilherme Soares #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
