Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in statistical data analysis, with strong expertise in statistical methods, distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, correlation, ANOVA, t-test, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, non-parametric testing, and variable transformations.
• Strong hands-on Python expertise using Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn for data cleaning, in-depth EDA, statistical analysis, and presentation-ready visualizations.
• Experience in predictive modeling using Scikit-learn, including classification/regression models, model evaluation, and supporting model testing within existing analytics pipelines.
• Good SQL skills for data extraction, joins, filtering, and aggregation, with the ability to work independently on large/multi-variable datasets and document analysis, assumptions, decisions, and results.
• Ability to independently deliver end-to-end R&D analytics from data cleaning and statistical analysis through insights, reports, and stakeholder-ready presentations; experience with cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, scientific, sensory, instrumental, formulation data, or DoE is preferred.
