On behalf of our client, a leading EdTech platform, we're looking for a Staff AI Engineer to join their growing AI Engineering team.

What you’ll do Lead the development of AI-powered tools that reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency Build LLM-based applications using tools like GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI Design and deploy scalable LLM architectures using Python and FastAPI, with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure Integrate LLMs with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), databases (PostgreSQL, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), and internal systems Optimize systems using tools like vLLM, DeepSpeed, LoRA, and FSDP for better cost-performance and scalability Implement AI observability and safety tools such as Guardrails AI, Prometheus, Grafana, and LangSmith Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to align AI solutions with business goals and integrate into MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, Ray Serve, BentoML, CI/CD) What you bring 5+ years of relevant work experience Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for continuous learning Experience leading AI projects from concept to production Strong Python skills and hands-on experience deploying systems in cloud environments A solid understanding of LLMs and vector databases (e.g.
