Staff Specialist - Supply Chain Business Data Scientist

We are seeking a hybrid Supply Chain Business Analyst / Data Scientist to bridge supply chain process and applied Advance Intelligence / analytics. This role will partner closely with supply chain and cross-functional experts to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-value supply chain analytics use cases for Make Integration function from framing business problems and KPIs to building models/dashboards and driving adoption

• Lead discussions with supply chain process expert to map As-Is/To-Be processes; translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Partner with supply chain process experts to define data requirements, contribute to logical data models, and build robust datasets; perform data extraction and transformation across multiple sources and formats

• Design and deploy AI solutions, dashboards and automated reports (e.g. Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects)

• Establish monitoring and alerting for anomalies with defined thresholds and communicate trends to stakeholders

• Run UAT, manage change, train end users, track benefits realisation, and maintain clear documentation of assumptions, limitations, and decision logic

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or business analysis role, including experience with SAP

• Expertise in Data Visualization, Tableau, Excel, SQL/Access databases, SAP Business Objects/Intelligence, Python or Javascript, C and UIPath

• Ideally work experience in software development (C#, Java), especially in the area of AI (Python, R)

• Understanding of business processes and Semiconductor process experience strongly preferred

• High analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges

• Strong communication and presentation skills
