Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the KION
- GenAI Platform and its strategic roadmap, including budget planning
- Lead delivery of
- GenAI use cases from requirements gathering and service provisioning to implementation support and operation
- Ensure reliable platform operations, monitor performance and maintain
- Service Level Agreement compliance. Drive continuous improvement of development, deployment and monitoring processes (DevOps / LLMOps / AgentOps)
- Ensure secure operation of
- GenAI services (access control, logging, monitoring and incident management)
- Implement and support global KION AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Lead, coach and support the professional development of the global team of AI
- Engineers and platform experts
