AI Engineer (Mid-Level) | On-Site | Munich/Augsburg Area

We're looking for a Entry to Mid-Level AI Engineer to join an innovative team building next-generation AI products powered by LLMs, agentic workflows, and cutting-edge AI technologies.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, or Llama
• Experience building agentic workflows, AI agents, and multi-step reasoning systems
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Strong communication skills and an eagerness to work in a collaborative, on-site environment

What You'll Do:

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents
• Develop agentic systems leveraging Claude and other frontier models
• Design scalable LLM architectures and integrations
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
