About us
Today, Minotera is an AI, IT and process consultancy with its own implementation team. For this we have built an agentic AI platform that processes project knowledge in a structured way, from analysis to specification. It already runs in real customer projects. Next, it is to become a product with which project leads in companies implement and evolve AI and IT projects themselves.
Your responsibilities
- Product vision and product strategy: Together with the management team you develop vision, positioning and target market. From this, you own product strategy and roadmap.
- Product discovery: You talk to users and customers, validate problems and hypotheses and sharpen the target group and value proposition. You define the MVP and test it with pilot customers.
- Prioritisation: You prioritise by user value, business impact, effort and reusability, and you cut before you automate.
- Delivery with engineering and UX: You own the backlog, work closely with development and UI/UX, share architecture decisions and accept results.
- Product metrics: You make it measurable whether the platform works: usage, processing time, rework.
For example
You make sure that confirmed knowledge from a customer conversation flows directly into analysis and specification instead of being transferred by hand several times.
What you bring
- Experience as a product manager for software or platforms, from discovery to delivery. You can explain what you deliberately did not build.
- Technical understanding of APIs, data models and integrations, for example from business informatics or computer science. You don't have to code yourself.
- Hands-on experience with language models or AI agents, including their limits in quality, cost and review effort.
A plus
- Experience in an early product phase, on the way to product-market fit.
- Experience in process analysis, lean or project business.
- Confidence with Git, structured formats such as JSON or YAML, or your own scripting.
Why this role
- Early product phase: The technical core works and is in use. You play a major part in shaping product strategy, UX, roadmap and scaling.
- Real use from day one: Our own project teams are the first users. You test hypotheses on running projects.
- Direct influence: You report to the management team and help shape the product and the company.
