Salary: 50.000 - 90.000 per year Requirements 3+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning in the industry Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale, with expertise in using agentic frameworks, vector databases, grounding, and other relevant concepts Direct experience or strong familiarity with agent development (e.g.

LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agno) Proven experience in research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), including ready-to-use AI services, AutoML approaches, and custom model development Strong and assertive communication skills Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems Responsibilities As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems.

Your key responsibilities are: Designing and implementing end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions, AI agents, and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities. Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Conducting direct client communication to understand their needs and tailor AI‑driven solutions accordingly. Hybrid work option to balance office and remote.
