Job Description Seeking and targeting new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services Participating personally and actively in the sales process, delivering presentations to customers, developing new opportunities, and managing customers throughout the entire sales cycle Identifying the expectations and constraints of potential clients and ensuring that the Company's proposals align with their business needs in the best possible way Driving the contract signing process and related negotiations Preparing and developing relevant documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the Delivery team Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented and proposals meet profitability KPIs Building and continuously expanding a strong network of professional connections relevant to the Company's services Continuously increasing company revenue and expanding the customer base Analyzing relevant conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus domains through continuous learning Developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company's customers Qualifications Higher education degree 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT/software development, with proven success in AI-related projects Proven track record of successfully completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders involving cross-functional teams Advanced English and German (both verbal and written communication, including report writing) Knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles Experience preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions Strong negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and pay attention to details #J-18808-Ljbffr Company Description We at Sigma Software are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing AI direction.
