Bridge the gap between AI engineering and business value by aligning technical initiatives with customer needs, supporting sales and product discussions, and driving measurable impact for our clients.

Guide and support the work on improving the accuracy, efficiency, and uncertainty estimation of our existing AI-based features and conduct rigorous testing to ensure their high quality and reliability. Contribute to the scalability , maintainability and core functionality of our AI solutions and be part of building new ones .

Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in MLOps , including end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management and 5+ years of experience with natural language processing , and image processing techniques .

Passionate about developing AI solutions , particularly in generative AI combined with OCR and strong customer centric thinking , in order to prioritize the generated customer value as high as the quality of the cutting-edge solutions. Strong proficiency in Python and Azure , with experience in AI frameworks and libraries.

Experience in Terraform is nice to have. Demonstrated ability to write clean, reusable, and well-tested code . Leadership experience, either technical or disciplinary, is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling challenging customer issues.

Fluency in English with strong reading comprehension in German (B2 level or higher) required. Take the opportunity to help shape a growing start‑up from the ground up and have a measurable impact on the early development of our product.
