Responsibilities Build AI-powered tools and automations that accelerate our Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Engineering teams Identify automation and AI opportunities across the company through direct conversations with teams Build AI-driven workflows for Marketing and Creative – briefing generation, copy review, asset QA, ad-performance summarization Develop quality-assurance and anomaly detection tooling for our commerce platform Ship lightweight internal agents that take over repetitive work so people can focus on what truly requires human attention Own internal operations automation: reporting pipelines, approval flows, cross-system data syncs Scope, prioritize, build, ship, and iterate — without a Product Manager in between Requirements Strong Python engineering skills and hands-on production experience with LLM APIs Direct experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic Agent SDK, or building and operating multi-step AI agents in production Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how to extend AI tooling with custom integrations and data sources Experience building Claude-based workflows: prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation Good product instincts: you talk to users, challenge requirements, and cut scope decisively when needed Comfortable building internal tools quickly — prototypes that become production, not endless planning cycles Genuine curiosity about where AI actually helps — and where it only creates noise #J-18808-Ljbffr
